Q) How much money can I make?

A) That's the best part of this business, depending on your company capabilities and how much time and effert you put into the business, you could make over $100,000 in just a few months.

A) ABSOLUTELY NOT! Protected areas limit where you can do business, costing you lost income and will hurt your business, NOT help you! Q) Will I need an electrician?

A) For the majority of jobs, we are able to find and use power sources already available. There is a chapters in our manual that has step-by-step detail information when it comes to powering up your display.

Q) Is the decorating service easy to sell?

Q) Where do we buy supplies?

A) Inside our business manual is a list of wholesale supply companies that sell reliable Christmas decorations, ones we at Creative Decorating have used for years. You can also purchase all your material through us at member prices.


Q) How long is the decorating season?

A) If you’re just starting out, installation starts around the 1st of November and takedown will finish up around the middle of January. As your company grows you will start installs in mid October and finish up with take down the end of January (weather permitting).


Q) Do I need experience in decorating?

A) No prior experience is necessary. Our comprehensive training manual, videos and support will provide you with everything you need to get started. In no time you will be installing Christmas lights and decorations like a professional.


Q) What are the start up costs?

A) If you’re starting from scratch, we estimate ladders and tools will cost under $500. Existing companies will be less. Starting inventory is around $700 -$1,500. You can always purchase materials as you get jobs to help with the up front money till you get started.


Q) Will I need a bucket truck?

A) On rare occasions you will need to rent a bucket truck to help you install lights on high unreachable areas. Once again, with the help of our manual, we will give you alternatives to reaching high places.

 


Q) Do I need to attend seminars?

A) No, our training DVDs cover everything you need to know about decorating business without waisting time and money on seminars.
