How To Order:

Prices:
Creative Decorating strives to offer you competitive prices on all our quality products. Although we do our very best to keep our website up-to-date, the prices listed on this website, catalogs and prices quoted over the phone are subject to change without notice. We will not be held liable for any incorrect information or typographical errors contained herein. Due to fluctuating gasoline prices, a surcharge on shipping may occur.
Payment Methods:
Creative Decorating accepts the following credit cards: VISA , MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and Wire Transfer.
All orders are pre-paid.
Shipping:
We utilize the following freight providers: UPS, FedEx Ground ®, FedEx Express. (2nd day, overnight) and U.S. Postal Service. Oversized freight including pallet shipments will be shipped by motor freight. Unless a specific request is made, all orders are shipped by standard FedEx Ground.
Not all services are a vailiable in all areas. Delivery will be FOB. Seller's shipping dock seller will bill customer a frieght charge shown on invoice as "Shipping and Handling Charge."
Delivery Time
Plan ahdead and allow time for processing and delivery during and the busy a holiday season. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours some orders take more time. Delivery time is 5-7 business days once mechandise leaves the warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
International Shipping and Delivery Times are determined by items order, cost, weight, size, and destination. There may be additional freight charges, you will be notified prior to shipment. Questions regarding international shipping charges should be directed to brad@creativedecoratinginc.com. The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. Next day shipping is not available on products shipped from outside the United States.
Delivery is contingent upon strikes, fire, accidents, delays of carrier, or other delays beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy:
Please read the following before returning any item to Creative Decorating.
You must call for return authorization. A valid authorization number (RA#) must be issued by Creative Decorating and marked on the outside of the package. Returns without a RA number will not be accepted.
Lighted Sculptures and Decorations Buyer must contact Creative Decorating within 5 calendar days of receipt of the product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Each returned item must be in its original packaging and must include the original Packing Slip and in resalable condition. Absolutely no returns after 5 calendar days. Creative Decorating will issue a credit to buyer for the full purchase price of the item less shipping, insurance charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returns should be insured and sent freight prepaid. With the exception of the return policies stated above, all sales are final.
Please note that Creative Decorating does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
1 - Custom or special ordered items.
2 - Business Opportunity Training Materials: commercial business manual, portfolio, training videos and marketing materials. This is due to the possibility duplicating. Thank you for understanding.
Sales Tax:
Creative Decorating purchases will include sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed, if applicable.
Tax Exempt Orders:
If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call Creative Decorating sales support. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate.
Privacy and Security:
We are committed to the privacy of our customers. We will never distribute, rent, or sell our customers� email addresses or other personal information to another company or organization.
We have an extremely safe online ordering system. The shopping cart feature used in our website is protected by a wide range of proprietary security features.
