Return Policy

At Creative Decorating, we value our relationship with you and want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. Please read the following before returning and item to Creative Decorating:

You must call for return authorization
A valid authorization number (RA#) must be issued Creative Decorating and marked on the outside of the package. Returns without a RA number will not be accepted.

Buyer must contact Creative Decorating within 5 calender days of receipt of product. Each returned item must being in it's original packaging, must include packaging slip and be in a resalable condition. Absolutely no returns after after 5 calender days. Creative Decorating will issue a credit to buyer for the full purchase price less shipping, insurance charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returns should be issued and sent freight prepaid. With the exception of the return policies stated above , all sales are final.

Creative Decorating does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following:

*Special Order Items
*Any Business Opportunity Training Materials
*Business Manual
*Portfolio
*Training DVDs
*Marketing Materials
